Assembly Instructions
• Thread the Cable : Pass the cable through the tail sleeve/bushing before termination.
• Strip the Cable : Strip the cable to the specified dimensions (16mm/8mm/4mm) to expose the shielding layer and signal wires.
• Solder the Connections : Solder the cable’s conductor wires to the inner core assembly terminals.
• Secure with Clip : Snap the cable into the cable clip for strain relief.
• Assemble the Housing : Push the inner core assembly into the housing, aligning the convex bar on the core with the housing’s convex bar.
• Tighten the Tail Sleeve : Rotate the tail sleeve clockwise to fully secure the cable clamp, core, and housing assembly.
• Cable Diameter Note : For cables 4-5.5mm in diameter, leave the clamp tail intact; for cables 5.5-7mm in diameter, break off part of the clamp tail as indicated in the assembly diagram.
