Assembly Instructions
• Cable Preparation : Thread the cable through the bushing, then strip the cable end to the specified dimensions before assembly.
• Soldering : Solder the conductor portion of the cable to the core assembly, keeping the shielding layer and signal wire properly separated.
• Core Installation : Push the inner core assembly into the housing, aligning the convex bar on the core with the corresponding bar on the housing.
• Final Tightening : Tighten the tail sleeve clockwise to complete assembly and secure all components.
• Cable Diameter Adjustment : For cables sized 4-5.5mm, the clamp tail remains intact; for cables sized 5.5-7mm, a portion of the clamp tail must be broken off prior to assembly.
