Choose your LED control and AV equipment, then select an available payment option at checkout. BSPoo processes online payments through PayPal.

Pay with PayPal

Select PayPal at checkout and follow the payment prompts. Review the order amount and delivery details before confirming. Return to BSPoo after payment to check your order confirmation.

Debit and credit cards

Card payment is enabled through our PayPal integration. Where available, choose Debit & Credit Cards or the card option in the PayPal payment window. Visa and Mastercard are displayed as card-payment identifiers; acceptance depends on your card, billing country and the payment provider’s checks.

Do I need a PayPal account?

You can use your PayPal account. A card or guest-payment option may also be offered without signing in to PayPal. This option is not available for every buyer or transaction. The options displayed during checkout are the ones available for your order.

Which currency will I pay in?

BSPoo product prices and checkout totals are listed in US dollars (USD). If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate or additional charges. Review any conversion information before completing payment.

Why do payment options vary?

Payment options can depend on your location, device, account and order. Venmo may appear for eligible buyers. Only use a method offered in the checkout for your purchase.

Payment did not complete?

• Check your billing address, card details and available funds.
• Complete any verification requested by your bank or PayPal.
• If you are unsure whether you were charged, check your payment account and BSPoo order status before trying again.
• Contact us with your order number and the error message. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes.

Ordering for an installation or a larger project?

Before paying, confirm the model, quantity and delivery destination. For LED controllers, receiving cards and connectors, include the exact model suffix and compatibility requirements. Contact our team if the checkout does not offer a suitable option; any alternative arrangement must be confirmed with BSPoo first.
