Assembly Instructions:
• Preparation : Thread the cable through the bushing and strain relief.
• Cable Stripping : Strip the cable as specified in the instructions.
• Terminal Connection : Insert the cable conductors into the terminal of the inner core, securing them with a torque of 0.7 Nm.
• Final Assembly : Align the strain relief and inner core component with the housing, ensuring protruding ribs are properly matched. Tighten the boot with a torque of 2.0 Nm.
• Waterproofing : Choose the appropriate waterproof rubber ring to match the cable diameter (7-9mm or 9-11mm).
